Hi, I’m Kellie, a quilling and paper artist who discovered a love for creating a few years ago. I’ve spent most of my life focused on science and never really thought of myself as an artist, but exploring paper art has opened up a new and unexpected creative path.
Most of my work is inspired by the forms and patterns of the natural world, especially plants and flowers. I mainly use traditional quilling techniques, and lately I’ve been experimenting with foam board to add more depth and structure to my pieces. I’m drawn to the meditative process of shaping paper and I love how paper can be both delicate and strong, much like the botanical subjects that inspire me.
Thank you for stopping by!
